With our products of the XTPower brand we set ourselves high standard in terms of quality and service. We deeply regret that your XTPower product should show signs of defect despite all due diligence.

Of course we will be happy to help in this case. On the product pages, that can be easily reached via the menu or via the search, you can quickly and easily find information on frequently asked questions or operating instructions. Often problems can already be solved by viewing this page.

The procedure

Important: The following service offer only applies to customers who have bought their XTPower device directly at the www.xtpower.de shop or through a different distribution channel directly from us (INTECRO GmbH & Co. KG). We would ask all other affected owners of XTPower devices to ask for help directly from the dealer from whom you purchased the device.

In the event that a repair or exchange cannot be avoided, we offer you free return within the statutory warranty period of 2 years. You will receive a DHL return slip for parcel delivery in a post office (DHL) in close proximity to you. In individual cases there may be occasions when it is not necessary to return your device. You can find out more information from our service team once we have received your service order.

After submitting your repair request our service team will send you all the necessary information which is required for repair or exchange.
